The Program
How monitoring actually runs

Daily check-ins
The client checks in every day through the June app. Each entry is time-stamped and kept from the first day of enrollment.

Random drug testing
Twice a week, on a schedule the client can't predict, and we go to them. We work in conjunction with Centra Labs — instant cup on site, lab confirmation behind it.

Breathalyzer oversight
We administer the client's Soberlink account: two tests a day, facial recognition on every sample, alerts to us as results come in.

Verified attendance
AA, NA, therapy, and IOP attendance is confirmed by GPS location at the meeting rather than taken on the client's word.

Written documentation
All of it is compiled into reports formatted the way attorneys, courts, and probation officers actually read them.

Case management
A masters-level certified case manager holds the file, raises concerns the day they appear, and stays reachable by counsel.
Breathalyzer Monitoring
We run the Soberlink account, not the client
Clients test twice a day on a professional-grade remote breathalyzer. We set the testing windows, take in the results, look at every flag, and carry it into the monthly record.
- Facial recognition
- The camera confirms who is blowing into the device, so identity isn't an argument later.
- Tamper detection
- The unit flags common workarounds. A flagged test goes in the report; it does not quietly disappear.
- Two tests a day
- Set windows, morning and evening. A missed window is logged as a missed test.
- Alerts as they happen
- Results and violations hit our phones by text or email. We notify counsel on whatever protocol you set.
- Someone actually watching
- We review the account daily. The device on its own is data; the oversight is what makes it useful in court.
Documentation
Dated, documented, and signed
Every check-in carries a date. Every drug screen carries the instant result and the lab confirmation behind it. Every breath sample carries the photo verification. Every meeting carries the GPS record of where the client was standing.
Reports go out weekly, monthly, or ahead of a specific hearing, whichever the case calls for. A missed test, a dilute sample, or a flagged reading gets reported the same day it happens, not folded into a month-end summary.

Daniel has spent more than a decade in behavioral health — interventions, case management, and long-term monitoring — and has worked alongside families, clinicians, and defense counsel at nearly every stage a case can reach.
June came out of a pattern he kept seeing: clients hold to a program when someone is genuinely paying attention, and a case moves faster when the record is already complete. He still reads the files himself.
